Work objectives for the year 2020 of the AMPP and the CAM.

1. Guarantee the improvement of the organs of the People's Power.
2. Guarantee the preparation of the Deputies, delegates, cadres and officials of Local Bodies of People's Power, contributing to the better performance of their high responsibilities.
3. Guarantee compliance with the indications on the work of control and supervision to be carried out by the Local Bodies and the functions and tasks of the delegates and Popular Councils, with efficiency, rigor and discipline.
4. Improve the efficient operation of the Municipal Assembly of People's Power based on the provisions of its regulations.
5. Guarantee the operation of the Municipal Assembly Work Commissions as a comprehensive control mechanism.
6. Perfect the process of Accountability of the delegate to his voters.
7. Improve the work of the Administrative Directorates of the People's Power with the delegates, involved in the search for a solution to the problems faced by the Body of People's Power in their constituency.
8. Improve the work of the Popular Councils, complying with what is established in Law 91, Law of the Popular Councils and the Rules of Procedure.
9. Encourage the development of Integrated Community Work as a working method of the People's Power.
10. Guarantee compliance in term of the responses, increasing the level of solution of the Accountability and voter clearance approaches.
11. Guarantee adequate attention, monitoring and solution to the complaints, requests and suggestions of the population in the entities of the territory.
12. Guarantee the simplification, streamlining and approach of the procedures of the population.
13. Guarantee the Accountability of the Provincial Delegates and Deputies for the year 2019, as well as the working relationship with their constituents.
14. Food security, satisfying the demands of the population and social consumption in terms of production, achieving a balance of adequate protein and energy levels, promoting and executing projects that make it possible to increase meat production of grains, dairy products and the substitution of imports, execute programmed investments.
15. Increase the satisfaction of the population with the quality of public services that is reverted to improving the quality of life of all Jaguars.
16. Achieve the economic efficiency of the territory that allows raising local development rates.
17. Achieve sustainable development with local resources that results in raising the quality of life of the population and the environmental strategy of the territory.
18. Control the increase in the efficiency of energy carriers in economic activity through the sustained decrease in the physical indicators of the main consuming activities (L-248).
19. Human capital, guaranteeing an efficient management of Human Resources that allows the economic and social development of the territory.
20. Raise the computerization index of the company.
21. Reach and keep the territory ready for defense.
