The ANAP Municipal
- Implementation of scientific advances and good practices by farmers on their farms. 20 works in the forum event related to the rational use of natural resources, renewable energy, climate change, organic fertilizers and producer innovations.
DMEP
- Advice to companies and entities on the implementation of the plan and the inclusion of science and environment plans in the government-led economy plan.
The Local Development Strategy formulated and approved by the Municipal Assembly of People's Power on October 30, 2010 by agreement 18 of the Municipal Assembly of People's Power with agreement number 120/10 of the CAM has as Strategic Lines:

CITMA AND DMEP COORDINATION
- Processes of elaboration, presentation and control of the Plan of the Economy with the prioritized entities of the territory.
- Seminars were given by the DEP at the municipal level for the preparation of the 2020 Plan through Resolution 145/2019
- The MEP methodology was explained to the entities and companies present the importance of planning the incorporation of science and technology and innovation projects in the economy plan.
As a result (investment)
- Natural Medicine Laboratory: continuity work that is being rehabilitated for the production of natural medicines. Due to the importance of this link for the country, it was allocated in the plan for 2020 $ 179.0 thousand pesos.
- UEB La Estancia: the refurbishment that has been carried out during 2019 where it is proposed to improve technology, the floor in the processing plant has been improved, the one with anti-acid slabs was changed, the TBA 3 line was replaced by a A 3LFLEX with a value of 1.8 million pesos, due to technological obsolescence allows the improvement of the quality of the products.
- UEB Combinado Industrial: it has planned for 2020 the repair of the Refrigerator so it has a plan of $ 3000.00 MCUC.
- The Generator Set has assigned $ 252.9 MCUC and $ 357.8MCUP for the reconstruction of the Grease Trap, with 98% of execution.
- Meteorological Station also has a construction maintenance plan of 44.1m pesos which is being executed.
- Local Initiative Project: PRODUCTION OF FLOUR DERIVATIVES IN THE UEB ALIMENTOS JAGÜEY which will implement a new technology for the production of cookies and other assortments, a project that is proposed for 2019 and that due to lack of financing from the importing company was presented again in the 2020 plan.
- All these investments are approved by the CAM
Management and control of the Document Management activity in the municipality.
- The work of document management at the municipal level is affected by the instability of the staff in the entities, the secretaries in some cases and in others the people who attend to the task, lack training. Most entities do not have a location for filing but in the same offices or in unconditional spaces.
- The archives have been organized but not by the resolution used for Document Management at the territory level, therefore, training will be being proposed for the year 2020 at the municipal level at the request of the entities of the territory.
- Management and control of the rational use of natural resources and the conservation of ecosystems, as the basis for development sustainability and as a way to improve environmental quality.
- Increased fertility of 65 ha in soils dedicated to agricultural production from the production of beneficial microorganisms.
- 60 ha of land benefited from the application of anti-erosion measures such as planting trees.
- Recovered 60 hectares of idle or poorly exploited land and deforested areas
- Training for producers on the use of efficient microorganisms.
- Biodigesters workshop.
- Agroecological practices on farms that constitute demonstration areas with the aim of expanding and disseminating knowledge among producers on this subject.
- The energy efficiency indicators in the productive systems are improved in a total of 40 ha based on the good practices used in the use of residuals obtained in the productive processes; through the commissioning of 2 windmills, 3 biodigesters, 9 sprinkler irrigation systems, more efficient than flood irrigation practices.
