* RATES: These rates have been previously agreed with the Courier and notified by him to his clients abroad. These rates do not apply to the Universal Postal Service (SPU), nor to the services provided by DHL, Copa Courier and EMS. These rates are applied independently of the charges that come from the procedures carried out by the Customs (10.00 CUP) and payments of customs duties, when they exceed the limits exempt from payment (greater than 30.00 CUC (or 1.5 kg of miscellaneous) and up to 200.00 CUC). These rates may be collected by the Correos de Cuba companies from June 24, 2019 on behalf of the International Messaging and Exchange Company.
* COURIER: Foreign company, located abroad and that provides services abroad, related to the sending of non-commercial courier and parcels to natural persons in Cuba and that has a contract with the International Courier and Exchange Company (EMCI) so that It carries out the nationalization, distribution, collection process proceeds and delivery of the shipments to their recipients in Cuba.
