1st. Universal Postal Service (basic postal services):

    Taxation and home delivery of national and international correspondence.
    Imposition and delivery of national and international parcels (packages).
    Taxation and home delivery of telegrams.
    Home delivery of press and publications to subscribers of the state and private sector.
    Imposition and payment of national drafts.
    Payment of international money orders.

2nd. Other non-basic postal services:

    Taxation and home delivery of express courier and parcel.
    Imposition and delivery of the Official Post of organisms and organizations.
    Freight paid to state entities.
    Leasing of boxes and postal boxes to state entities and individuals.
    Sale of newspapers and publications, stamps and philately accessories, office products, unpaid postcards, almanacs, office supplies and computer accessories.

3rd. Collection and payment services on account of third parties:

    Electric utility bill collection (UNE).
    Collection of invoice for telephone service (ETECSA).
    Porteo of telephone bills.
    Collection of the housing coupon.
    Collection of personal credits (BPA).
    Social Security payment to retirees (INASS-MTSS).
    Payment of Social Assistance to beneficiaries (INASS-MTSS).

4th. Other services on behalf of third parties:

    Sale of ISD document tax stamps (ONAT).
    Sale of models for procedures (ONAT).
    Delivery of tax package to self-employed workers (ONAT).
    Sale of prepaid phone cards (ETECSA).
