Except the Payment of the Electric Service that is made in the Collection Windows from Monday to Friday, from 7:45 am to 12:00 pm and from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm and on Saturdays from 7:45 am to 12 noon : 00 pm.

We attend to your complaints about breakdowns in the electrical service through the Telephone Service Center, which you can access by dialing number 18888 24 hours a day.


 Services provided at no cost:
-
Attention and processing of doubts, complaints, nonconformities and claims.
-Report of damage to equipment due to events attributable to the Company.
-Hiring and connection of new services or expansion to 220 V.
-Processing and execution of registrations, cancellations, transfers, name change and / or counter change.
-Monthly electric service charge.

Services provided by payment:
-Change of position of the electric energy meter: $ 6.00 cup (minimum cost)
-Reconnection of electric service for non-payment: $ 3.00 cup (minimum cost)
-Various of place
-Update of the client's name due to user change
-Change of connection
-Defective meter change meter
-Capacity increase
-Cut and Reconnection for non-payment

Guidance on procedures and collection rates
- You must go to the commercial offices to carry out your procedure only with the payment receipt that you have available.
