PROCEDURES FOR THE ID CARD
Minor card
Birth registration: Procedure carried out within a year of birth. The Minor Card will be requested at the hospital where the act of birth occurs, for this the model made by the Civil Registry official will be used, where the data regarding the birth are recorded, It will be noted as the minor's official address and Registry, the one that appears in the mother's identity document. Failing that (deceased), that of the father or legal guardian will be recorded.
