He is in charge of guaranteeing compliance with the policies and guidelines outlined by the MINJUS for the operation of the Legal Advice activity for legal persons, as well as the quality control with which such service is provided; for which control actions are planned and executed, both in Substantive and Procedural Law headquarters, to the representative subjects of the different modalities of rendering legal services, understood: lawyers from the National Organization of Law Firms, consultants from the Provincial Company of Legal Consulting and Own Advisers of the entities.
Also included within its functions are the identification of the legal subjects of the territory that operate in the national economy without the legal coverage provided by the service provided by the aforementioned entities and the verification through inspections of the legal situation presented by these entities.
Complaints, requests, complaints and suggestions made by the population, related to the actions and services offered by the specialists of the Provincial Directorate of Justice who work in the Compensation Fund, the Central Registry of Sanctions (Cancellation of Criminal History), the Registry of Last Will and Declarations of Heirs, the Property Registry, the Department of Attention to Collective Law Firms and Criminal Reviews, the Notary, the Registry of Civil Status and the Department of Legal Attention to Associations Registered in the province.
